Convention Venue
The Travel Convention will take place at a Prince Hotels & Resorts complex – centrally located in Tokyo, this urban business, accommodation and entertainment centre provides everything you need for a successful business and networking event.    

Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa
All delegates will stay at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, one of three hotels within the resort. With fantastic hotel facilities and restaurants, the complex also boasts an expansive Japanese garden covering 20,000m², enabling you to enjoy the serenity of nature in the midst of the metropolis.    

Convention Centre
The International Convention Center Pamir forms an integral part of the complex and is directly linked to the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa. This is where the Convention’s business sessions, refreshment breaks and breakfast briefings will take place, as well as the Opening Ceremony.         

Location
You’ll be able to explore Tokyo at your leisure as the hotel is just a five minute walk from Shinagawa Station – one of the largest in Tokyo. 

The resort is a 30-minute drive from Haneda International Airport, where ANA’s direct services from London will land. It is around 60-minutes from Narita International Airport.
