Accommodation
All delegates will stay at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, one of three properties within this Prince Hotels & Resorts complex, which includes an integrated Convention Centre where the business sessions will take place.

Centrally located in Tokyo, this urban resort has a wide range of facilities including a newly renovated Club Lounge (for guests upgrading to the Club floor) and a variety of Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurants. Hotel features also include the calming Momiji Lounge, a Bar and Chocolate Salon. There is a general store beside the side street entrance and a wide range of shops and restaurants nearby.  

NB: At this point, any newly registered delegates must arrange their own accommodation. If you already hold a booking with us which you wish to amend, please email contact the Convention Office with your request.

Please note that, should you need to change your accommodation booking at all, there are separate cancellation and amendment conditions for Travel Convention Delegates highlighted below.

Making Changes To Your Booking
If you want to change any of the details of your accommodation booking after the email booking confirmation has been sent to you, you must advise the Travel Convention Office in writing to moreinfo@thetravelconvention.com.  If we are able to make the change, you will have to pay the administration charge shown below plus any applicable charges imposed or incurred by the accommodation provider as advised at the time we respond to your request.  

Change requested on or prior to 5 July 2019 
- No Administration Charge 

Change requested between 6 July 2019 and your arrival date
- £50.00 per change 

Amendment fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation. 

Cancelling Your Booking 
Accommodation is held from the time it is confirmed to you via the confirmation email. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, this must be done by email to moreinfo@thetravelconvention.com.  Cancellation charges will be calculated as set out below.  

Cancellations received on or prior to 23 August 2019 
- no charge 

Cancellations received from 24 August to 15 September 2019 
- 30% charge  

Cancellations received from 16 September 2019 and no shows 
- 100% of total room costs
