Zojoji Temple's main gate, Sangedatsumon, stands out as an imposing representation of traditional Buddhist architecture and is the only temple structure to have survived the bombings of WW2.

Tokyo Tower was built in 1958 to symbolise Tokyo's recovery after the destruction of WW2. 333m high, it used to be the tallest tower in Japan until the completion of Tokyo Skytree.

After lunch, experience riding on a traditional Japanese rickshaw in Asakusa. Unlike with a taxi or bus, you can see all of the great secret destinations and explore like a local.

The Hama-rikyu Gardens, a beautiful Edo-period (1603–1867) garden, was originally built to serve as a feudal lord's residence. The gardens are located on the edge of Tokyo Bay, separating sea from land and incorporating the changing tide into the garden's design. The gardens are built around a central pond and in the middle of the pond is a Teahouse, where you can enjoy a cup of Matcha tea.

Tokyo Skytree is a new television broadcasting tower. In 2011 it was recognised by Guiness World Records as the tallest tower in the world, reaching 634m high. Therefore, it is not surprising that a visit to Tokyo Skytree offers unparalleled views of the city.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Edo-Tokyo Museum opened its doors in March 1993 as a space to reflect on the history and culture of Edo-Tokyo, envision the city and life of the future. Housed in a unique building modeled after an elevated-floor type warehouse, the museum has been a landmark and popular tourist attraction in Tokyo since its opening.
