Transfers will depart from the lobby of the Pamir Convention Center. We recommend that you settle any hotel extras the night before you depart.

Flights to Tokyo
You will be able to travel to Tokyo from a number of UK airports on services operated by ANA - All Nippon Airways. Direct flights operate from London Heathrow to Haneda International with indirect flights to Narita International and Haneda International available from a range of UK airports.
Convention Airfares
The following return airfares are available to registered delegates and companions attending the Convention for outbound flights between 30 September and 6 October and inbound flights between 10 October to 14 October.

Note: All Convention airfares are between the UK and Tokyo and are subject to availability at the time of booking
A discount of 10% is available on the published airfares at the time of booking for any delegates travelling to/from Japan between 23 September and 23 October, but outside of the dates listed above.
If a non-registered companion is joining you in Japan prior to or following the Convention, a discount of 10% is available on the published airfares at the time of booking. Companions travelling to Japan prior to the Convention must travel out and back between 23 September and 7 October to qualify for this discount. Companions travelling to Japan from the UK after the Convention must travel out and back between 9 October and 23 October.
Flights to Tokyo are available with ANA from the following UK airports:
- Birmingham – via Brussels or Dusseldorf to Narita
- Edinburgh – via Brussels or Dusseldorf to Narita
- London – direct service to Haneda
- London – via Brussels or Dusseldorf to Narita
- London – via Vienna to Haneda
- Manchester – via Brussels or Dusseldorf to Narita
- Newcastle – via Dusseldorf to Narita
- Decide your outbound and inbound travel dates – if you are planning a pre- or post-Convention tour, remember to view the Explore Japan options before booking your flights to check the dates you need to travel.
- Register for the Convention, book your accommodation and your optional activities. Your confirmation will include contact details for ANA and a unique ID number, which you need to make your flight booking.
- Email ANA (via contact details in your confirmation email) to request your preferred flights. You must quote your unique ID number, name as per passport and mobile number. Please also remember to specify your preferred dates, route and class of travel.
- Within three working days, ANA will confirm your flight request, subject to availability at the time of booking. The closest alternative will be offered if your first choice is unavailable. Upon acceptance, payment should be made to ANA via credit card or bank transfer within 7 days for direct flights and three days for indirect flights.
Terms and Conditions
- All Convention airfares are between the UK and Tokyo and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Convention airfares are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, however the following amendment fees apply:
Date change – £30 plus fare difference if applicable
Name change – Indirect: £30 plus fare difference if applicable / Direct: £30
Route change – fare difference plus £30. Refunds do not apply if the new route is cheaper than the original fare paid
Class change – upgrade fare difference plus £30. Refunds do not apply if the class of travel is downgraded. - Partners not attending the Convention – 10% off from normal ANA published fares (not Convention airfares) between 23 Sept and 23 Oct (Companions travelling to Japan prior to the Convention must return to the UK no later than 7 October to qualify for this discount. Companions travelling to Japan after the Convention must depart the UK on or after 9 October) the rules are same as base published fares
