With nearly three decades of experience in the travel industry, Greg Armstrong has built his career from the ground up. Starting in 1996 with Touchdown Holidays, he worked across administration, marketing, and business development before moving into senior leadership, ultimately becoming General Manager. In 2011, he joined Resort Marketing International, where for almost seven years he directed accounts for leading Caribbean hotels and hotel groups, spearheading launches, driving sales with major tour operators, and delivering significant incremental growth.
Since 2018, Greg has been part of Blue Bay Travel, first as Product Management Director and now as Chief Commercial Officer. In his current role, he leads the Product and Commercial division, overseeing supplier negotiations, yield strategies, and direct contracting of market-leading deals, while co-driving the company’s overall growth strategy alongside the CEO. Known for his strong negotiating skills, innovative commercial strategies, and ability to forge lasting supplier and client relationships, Greg thrives on challenges and consistently delivers measurable results across B2B and B2C travel markets.
