Managing employee wellbeing: interactive meeting
Stephen Daltrey,
Founder, Elite Coaching
Hybrid, agile and home working post-Covid has blurred the boundaries between home and work, with employers having to take on broader responsibility for their colleagues' wellbeing, including responding to mental health issues. As expectations continue to grow, many professionals feel ill-equipped to respond effectively.
This interactive meeting, for up to 20 delegates, will provide an opportunity to explore best practice, build confidence, and access expert advice from Stephen Daltrey, a qualified counsellor and fully trained Gestalt psychotherapist. Stephen is a former Royal Navy Officer who held senior travel industry roles earlier in his career, providing him with a valuable understanding of the sector.
Note: Places for this meeting must be reserved in advance, due to the limited space available. Stephen is also offering 1-2-1 sessions during lunch breaks and other designated times throughout the Convention. See your Convention app for details of how to book.
