Terms & Conditions 
  • All registration fees, optional activities and cabin payments are non-refundable.
  • In the event of cancellation or non-attendance at the Conference, all outstanding debts relating to the booking for the Conference will remain payable to ITT by the delegate (or by the delegate's company if the delegate does not make payment within 30 days).
  • The companion fee only applies to a marital spouse/partner accompanying a delegate, and not a business colleague, or other associate.   
  • Any changes to a delegate registration will be subject to a £30 amendment fee. Changes must be requested in writing and emailed to events@itt.co.uk.
  • It is the policy of ITT not to allow private functions to take place at times that clash with the conference sessions and evening parties. 
  • It is mandatory for all delegates to be in possession of Covid-19 travel insurance prior to the Seacation. Further information>>
  • Delegates must ensure they have read MSC Cruises' Health & Safety Protocol details >>
  • ITT can accept no responsibility (or liability) for any delays or quarantine requirements as a result of COVID-19.
Notes:
  • ITT reserves the right to change the dates of the Conference, the advertised programme, the speakers and the content.
  • ITT accepts no liability for losses arising out of the cancellation or deferral of the Conference.
  • ITT accepts no liability for any costs arising as a result of rules and regulations relating to any communicable disease, including COVID-19.
  • ITT is acting as an agent for the principal MSC Cruises.
  • ITT will need to supply the following data to MSC Cruises for the purpose of the event: Delegate Name / Companion Name (if applicable) / Passport Details / Special Requests / Dietary Requirements (if applicable)
  • The information provided is solely for the purpose of delivering the ITT Conference. The information will be sent to the cruise line as a password protected file.
