ELIGIBILITY PERIODS

The Awards are open to anyone producing travel marketing, advertising, digital marketing or PR campaigns within the following time frames.

If your work was part of a global campaign only the results relating to the UK market should be included; unless entering the International Campaign Award.

Main categoriesWork was live to a UK audience between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025, albeit this may have been a continuation of an existing campaign.
International Campaign Work delivered either entirely to non-UK markets or across various markets (which might include the UK) between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025 albeit this may have been a continuation of an existing campaign.
Travel Brand of the Year    Destination Brand of the Year
Agency of the Year
In-house Team of the Year 
Travel PR of the Year
Travel Marketer of the Year                                       
These awards relate to January - December 2024.

   SUPPORTING FILES

For all entries, you may submit the following supporting materials:

PDFMaximum five page file. Larger files will not be accepted for judging.
Maximum file size is 5MB.
JPEGMaximum uploads of three files per entry.
Maximum file size is 5MB per piece. 
VideoVideo attachments may be hosted on a video site such as YouTube or Vimeo.
Provide website URLs to the publicly accessible campaign or active URL of a landing page.
Please ensure any applicable usernames and passwords are provided and active.
