Whether agency or client, start-up or SME, established brand or an individual, the Awards are open to anyone producing travel marketing, advertising, digital or PR campaigns.

There are over 30 award categories and the full list can be viewed here. There is no limit to the number of entries you can make.
However, you SHOULD NOT submit the same generic entry across several categories. All entries should be aligned to the specific requirements for that category.

Judges use a points-based system. The winner of each category is awarded a standard; Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze.

The awards are judged independently of the CIM Travel Group by a voluntary panel of travel industry marketing experts. The judging panel will be announced in February 2025.
The shortlist will be announced in May 2025.
The Awards evening in London will take place in July 2025. The event will include a three-course meal and the awards presentation hosted by a familiar face from the world of entertainment.
