Hosted agents
Host ABTA member travel agents to attend The Travel Convention in Bodrum, providing a fantastic opportunity for your company to treat your agents of choice to attend this year's event. If your company offers travel to Bodrum or other areas/ports in Turkiye, it will also provide the perfect opportunity to showcase your products and services before or after the main days of the Convention. Agents should hold a senior position at an ABTA member travel agency.
Hosted agent places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Package details
- At the event – your package will include reduced rate registrations for hosted agents as well as some complimentary bedrooms for up to four nights (additional accommodation and flights are not included).
- Hospitality – reserved table(s) at the delegate lunch for your team and your hosted agents.
- Meeting point – a branded sign provide a handy meeting point at the Convention centre for your team and hosted agents.
- Announcement – Convention e-news will announce your support. This will coincide with Twitter announcements by The Travel Convention.
- Advertising – advertisement position on the Convention website, linked to a URL of your choice
- Web page – a page on the Convention website where you can add your logo, profile and link to your website. This will also appear on the Convention app
- Delegate list – access to the Convention delegate list from September 2023 (includes opt-in contact details only).
