The Travel Convention is the leading UK travel trade event. The solus lead partnership represents the most comprehensive package of branding and involvement in The Travel Convention. Your logo will appear alongside the Convention logo at all times; you will have the opportunity to present on the main stage (as deemed appropriate by ABTA); and receive a number of complimentary registrations to attend the event.
As one of only six headline partners, your logo will appear on all of the Convention materials. You will have the opportunity to contribute towards the business programme (as deemed appropriate by ABTA) and your video promotion will run during the main stage sessions. In addition, you will be provided with a display/meeting area in the conference foyer and will receive a number of complimentary registrations to attend the event.
By sponsoring one of our keynote speakers, your logo will appear on screen throughout their session.
The sponsorship fee will reflect the prominence of the speaker, which is indicated by the range of fees.
As one of up to six Supporting Partners, you will – collectively - be supporting both the business and social programme for the Convention.
Your logo will be a prominent feature on the Convention app which delegates will use to view the Convention programme, submit their questions for the speakers, post on the Event Stream and connect with other attendees.
Your logo will appear on the badges and the lanyards provided to delegates attending the event.
Both products will be eco-friendly and recyclable.
An opportunity to host the Supper Club during the Convention, which gives delegates the opportunity to get together over an informal three-course supper.
Sponsor Meet the Media, a drinks reception attended by the invited journalists joining us at this year’s Travel Convention.
Host and welcome guests at a reception for ABTA’s Members attending the Convention. Attendees will also include ABTA’s Board and senior management team.
The chance to co-host, together with ABTA's Board, an exclusive lunch for selected industry leaders attending this year's Travel Convention. The lunch is limited to 40 guests to ensure exclusivity.
The Travel Convention will be marketed via a series of e-flyers (Convention e-news) which will be distributed regularly to ABTA Members, ABTA Partners and a wider database of travel industry professionals.
