Delegates will stay at the five-star Lujo Hotel in Bodrum, which offers spectacular views of the Aegean Ocean from the luxurious bedrooms, villas and suites.

Just 15-minutes from Milas-Bodrum International Airport, the hotel provides delegates with an ‘a la carte luxury all-inclusive’ concept, where you can enjoy offerings from its nine à la carte restaurants and 14 bars.

The hotel’s private beach stetches 1km along the coastline and is split up into individual areas including the Escape Beach, Joy Beach and Indigo Beach Club – offering something for everyone. There is a large main swimming pool, an indoor heated pool, and a number of bedrooms come with direct access to smaller sized pools.

The hotel has its own Convention Centre, where the business sessions will take place on Tuesday 31 October and Wednesday 1 November.



A la Carte all-inclusive package

Food is served 24 hours a day from the hotel’s restaurants – including breakfast, late breakfast, patisserie, lunch and dinner. Local and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included with the concept, including your bedroom minibar.

From a leisure perspective, delegates will have use of the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and fitness centre.

Each Superior room has an Aegean view and offers a living space of 45-50m2. With their tastefully chosen accessories, each room has been luxuriously fitted out with your comfort in mind.

Terms and conditions

ABTA acts as agent for the Lujo Hotel when taking your booking for Travel Convention accommodation. The general accommodation terms and conditions of the Lujo Hotel apply but please note that, should you need to change your accommodation booking, there are separate cancellation and amendment conditions for Travel Convention delegates.

Making changes to your booking

If you wish to amend your accommodation booking after receipt of your confirmation, please email your request to moreinfo@thetravelconvention.com. If we can make the change, you will need to pay the administration fee shown below plus any charges from the accommodation provider applicable at the time.

*Amendment fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cancelling your booking

Accommodation is held from the time we issue your confirmation email. If you wish to cancel your booking, please email moreinfo@thetravelconvention.com. Cancellation charges will be calculated as shown below.
