Terms and Conditions
  • All registration fees, optional activities and accommodation payments are non-refundable.
  • Your accommodation deposit will be collected in GBP (Pounds Sterling).  The remaining balance will be payable directly to the hotel upon check out, in Euros. 
  • In the event of cancellation or non-attendance at the Conference, all outstanding debts relating to your booking for the Conference will remain payable to ITT by the Member (or by your company if you do not make the payment within 30 days)
  • In the event of cancellation of your accommodation reservation on/or after 1 April 2022, or your non-attendance at the event, payment for the full duration of your reservation at the Hilton Instanbul Bomonti Hotel will be payable to ITT.
  • The ITT Conference is open to ITT Members only. Your registration will only be valid if you are a fully paid Member of ITT at the time of the Conference.
  • All Individual Members of ITT are entitled to attend the Conference, however Corporate Members are limited to two delegate places per company. Additional requests will be accepted or declined no later than 1 April 2022.
  • The companion fee only applies to a marital spouse/partner accompanying a delegate, and not a business colleague, or other associate.   
  • Any changes to a delegate registration will be subject to a £60 amendment fee. Changes must be requested in writing and emailed to events@itt.co.uk.
  • ITT is acting as an agent for the principal Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel, Merkez, Silahşör Cd. No:42, 34381 Şişli/İstanbul, Turkey. ITT will need to supply the following data to the hotel for the purpose of the event: Delegate Name / Companion Name (if applicable) / Check In Date / Check Out Date / Special Requests / Dietary Requirements (if applicable) / Deposit Amount Paid. The information provided is solely for the purpose of delivering the ITT Conference. The information will be sent to the hotel as a password protected file.
  • ITT can accept no responsibility (or liability) for any delays or quarantine requirements as a result of COVID-19. 
  • ITT recommends that delegates take out adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange this and to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.  
  • ITT accepts no liability for losses arising out of the cancellation or deferral of the Conference.
  • ITT accepts no liability for any costs arising as a result of rules and regulations relating to any communicable disease, including COVID-19.
  • ITT reserves the right to change the dates of the Conference, the advertised programme, the speakers and the content.
  • It is the policy of ITT not to allow private functions to take place at times that clash with the conference sessions and evening parties.
