LEE AINSWORTH

Head of Advantage Holidays, Advantage Travel Partnership

Lee has over 13 years’ experience in the travel sector in various roles spanning Tour Operating, Operations, Product and Retail. Having joined Advantage in 2016, he was promoted to Head of Advantage Holidays in August 2019. Lee’s position sees him lead the strategic development of the ATOL Solutions provided by Advantage, a role which now spans Advantage Holidays and the recently launched ATOLPlus scheme.

Lee sits on the ITT Training & Education committee and is recognised as an ITT Future You Ambassador. He was inducted to the TTG 30 Under 30 class of 2018 and has featured on main stage panel sessions at The Advantage Conference, WTM and ITT conference.
