Programme Quality Manager, Northern Training Academy

Kristina started her career in Travel when she was 17 years old as an apprentice at Co-op Travel. Winning Apprentice of the Year raised her profile in the business and kickstarted her travel career. 

Kristina worked her way up firstly in retail and then wanting to share her experience and knowledge, she moved into the apprenticeship team supporting new talent.Kristina was placed on the ‘shining Stars’ internal programme which helped to build her skills further and progressed to managing the apprenticeship assessor team at Thomas Cook. Supporting internal apprentices in all business areas including retail and head office, she worked her way through the business and understood the apprentice journey which only strengthened their delivery model. 

Kristina is passionate about everything apprenticeships and is currently the Programme Quality Manager at Northern Training Academy. The learners are at the centre of everything Kristina and her team do and with their combined support and their own businesses the apprentices are showing how amazing they are in achieving great results.
