Koray is leading the HR function in one of the most diverse and fast-developing regions of Hilton with over 23,000 Team Members in 25+ countries. During his 20+ years career in Hilton, Koray worked in a number of countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE. 

In his previous capacities, he led the HR teams in the Arabian Peninsula, KSA and Indian Ocean. Hilton is known for its globally highly regarded HR practices and initiatives and has been ranked #1 in the Fortune Best Big Companies to Work For 2021.
