Joanna is Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Intrepid, travel’s largest B Corporation. Having joined Intrepid eight years ago, she has held various roles including running the company’s Tailor-Made and private groups division. She now oversees trade sales and partnerships for the EMEA region in line with Intrepid’s dual goals of growth and balancing purpose and profit.   

Before joining Intrepid, Joanna worked at several other touring and adventure brands across sales and business development functions. She started her career in media working in production and development for TV travel shows on Sky and the Discovery Channel in the UK and United States. She then returned to her native Suffolk, where she enjoys good food, good walks, and the English countryside with her family.
