GAIL KENNY

Gail was named as one of the 60 most influential women in the travel industry over the past 60 years. She has participated in judging panels including Hall of Fame, Caterer, and Travolution, and was a speaker on diversity at the global digital travel conference, PhocusWright. She was on a panel with Level Women on Diversity, and assisted with the successful CEO search, working with the board for the Institute of Travel Management (ITM).

In 2020, Gail joined a NFP social enterprise, Working with Cancer in a voluntary ambassadorial role and added significant value to others affected by cancer and returning to work. In 2022 she launched Best Workplaces in Travel, with workplace culture experts, Purple Cubed. More recently, she was appointed on the Board of Directors at AWTE, which supports and promotes the careers of women in travel, tourism, and hospitality.

Now living in Blackheath, Gail is married to Ian and has two grown up children, James, and Emma. She enjoys fitness training, and has completed the London Marathon, the London Triathlon, and numerous other challenges.
