Bhav has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years starting at Time Off as a Reservations Agent with City Break specialist before they were acquired by Thomas Cook. She worked her way from Sales Executive to National Account Manager within various divisions of Thomas Cook before moving to Celebrity Cruises as Strategic Account Manager. Wanting to broaden her experience, she has worked within the Customer Experience arena and travel technology in senior sales roles. 

Having a passion for the travel industry and succession talent, Bhav joined the ITT Future You Committee in 2021. Aside from this, she was an Aspire Board Member for two years where she was pivotal in driving the luxury agenda with key agents and operators. Whilst working within sales and commercial functions, she quickly built a reputation as someone that gets the job done with little fuss and has a proven track record of growing sales, identifying new customers, and loyalty. What she lacks in height she makes up for with tenacity!
