Accommodation

ITT Conference Delegates can choose between two stunning hotels within the five-star Chia Laguna Resort; the Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia or Baia di Chia Laguna Curio. . You will be required to pay a fixed deposit of £300 to secure your room. This deposit will be collected in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and passed to the Hotel. The remaining balance will be payable in Euros directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Rooms are available to book at the Conrad from Thursday 29 May - Friday 6 June, and at Curio from Sunday 1st - Wednesday 4th June- If you wish to book outside these dates please email events@itt.co.uk.

*Includes complimentary Wi-Fi and American Breakfast, served in a Restaurant selected by the Hotel. NB: Room rates are exclusive of 10% VAT and city tax of €2.50 per room per day for your total stay.

Please note that ITT has a set allocation of rooms across the two hotels. To extend your stay or upgrade, please contact events@itt.co.uk. The preferential conference rates will be offered seven days either side of the Conference subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions

In the event of cancellation or no show your accommodation reservation will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

- on or before 1 January 2025 - no charge and deposit will be refunded

- 2 January to 1 March 2025 - deposit paid will not be refunded

- from 2 March 2025 or non-attendance at the event - deposit paid will not be refunded and payment for the full duration of your reservation at your chosen hotel will be payable to ITT by the Delegate, or by your company if you do not make the payment within 30 days.

Offsetting

The ITT Sustainability Committee continues to partner with the industry to develop better strategies and plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and develop travel and tourism experiences which aim to protect destinations, the natural environment and enhance local communities’ livelihoods.

All delegates will be required to pay £25 to offset their attendance at the Conference.
