Ethan is about to graduate from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), where he studied International Travel and Tourism Management. Ethan played a key role in organising the student-led ITT Future You Wales event in Swansea, an experience that developed his leadership, event management and industry engagement skills. He has also been involved in the Great Western Railway (GWR) initiative, which brought academic theory to life through hands on experience and fed valuable insights back into the classroom. 

Now as he begins his professional journey, Ethan is delighted to be invited to attend his first overseas conference with ITT. He is eager to network with industry professionals, build meaningful connections, and explore new opportunities in his travel and tourism career.
