With a career spanning over 30 years in the travel industry, Debbie began her journey on the YTS scheme, initially working at Pegasus Holidays. Her passion for travel led her to Jules Verne, where she has been a pivotal part of the team ever since.

Throughout her career, Debbie has excelled in various customer-facing roles, starting in sales before transitioning into management. Her expertise in customer service and operations culminated in her role as Head of Customer Experience. In 2023, she stepped up as General Manager and subsequently became the Managing Director, leading the company with a vision for excellence, innovation and a people-centric culture.

Beyond the world of travel, Debbie's heart lies with people. As an NLP practitioner, trauma-informed leader and women’s empowerment coach, she actively supports women within Jules Verne, and the broader industry through her role as Personal Development Director on the board of AWTE. Her commitment to personal development and empowerment continues to inspire and support women in the industry
