Claire is a seasoned HR and Talent professional with a deep commitment to championing tourism as a career of choice for emerging talent. As the UK Director of the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership—a global charity dedicated to empowering young people to pursue rewarding and responsible careers in travel and tourism—she plays a key role in shaping the future of the industry, especially in regions where tourism is vital to economic development.

In her role as Director and Chair of Education & Training at the Institute of Travel & Tourism (ITT), Claire has spearheaded a range of impactful initiatives, including the co-founding of Future You, a platform that connects industry and education to inspire the next generation of travel professionals. In 2022, she launched the Future You Foundation to address the growing talent gap exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Claire serves as an industry Ambassador for the international water charity Just a Drop and sits on the advisory board of Women in Travel (CIC), a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women across the globe to achieve their economic and personal potential. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and webinars, Claire is also a panellist on the Travel Market Life podcast.
