Lee is the Director of Strategy at Advantage, where he leads the development and execution of the organisation’s ambitious strategic growth plans. Lee is passionate about the travel industry, innovation, and inspiring next-generation talent. He has served on the board of directors of the Institute of Travel and Tourism since 2023 and is Vice Chair of the ITT Education & Training committee, which he joined in 2018.

Before his current role, Lee has spent over 16 years in the travel industry, holding various roles in operations, product, sales, and tour operating. He began his career in 2009 as a retail apprentice and quickly advanced through specialist product and tour operating roles. In 2016, he joined Advantage to spearhead the creation and launch of the Advantage Holidays & Cruise tour operation, later becoming Head of Operations in 2022.

Lee has been recognized as a Future You Ambassador and was inducted into the TTG 30 Under 30 class of 2018. He has appeared on main stage sessions at the ITT and Advantage Conferences, WTM, and ITT Future You ‘On the Road' events to champion the impact of learning and development and highlight the industry as a career of choice.
