Accommodation

The Hotel Meliton is a grand hotel within the Porto Carras Grand Resort.  With 479 rooms and suites over six floors, it sits at the heart of an exquisitely curated natural paradise. All rooms and suites enjoy breath-taking views across the vast landscaped gardens and pristine environment of the 1800-hectare property.

Rooms are available to book from Sunday 2 June - Thursday 6 June. If you wish to book outside these dates  please email events@itt.co.uk.

*Room rates include buffet breakfast at Athos restaurant plus complimentary access to gym, indoor/outdoor pools and wifi.

The accommodation deposit will be collected in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and passed to the hotel in Euros. The remaining balance will be payable in Euros directly to the hotel when you check out, along with a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €10 per room per day for your total stay. NB: This fee has been introduced by the Greek authorities in 2024 and replaces the previous Accommodation Tax.

Upgrades
Room upgrades are available from €198 per room, per night. Please contact events@itt.co.uk if you would like to check the availability for an upgrade.

Terms and Conditions
In the event of cancellation of your accommodation reservation on/or after 1 April 2024, or your non-attendance at the event, payment for the full duration of your reservation at the Hotel Meliton will be payable to ITT by the Delegate, or by your company if you do not make the payment within 30 days.

Offsetting

The ITT Sustainability Committee continues to partner with the industry to develop better strategies and plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and develop travel and tourism experiences which aim to protect destinations, the natural environment and enhance local communities’ livelihoods. 

All delegates will be required to pay £25 to offset their attendance at the Conference.
