Morgan Hartley joined Goodlife Florida Villas in 2018 after completing a degree in International Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. Goodlife is a family business founded by Morgans father Geoff in 2006, upon starting at the business Morgan worked closely with his father understanding the industry. Morgan quickly found his place taking charge of product and partnerships, liaising with agent partners and suppliers.

 At 26 Morgan became Managing Director of Goodlife in 2022 following the passing of his father, stepping into the role sooner than planed he soon found his feet and began placing his own mark on the business. Implementation of new technologies has been a key focus in streamlining processes along with enabling increased growth potential in current markets and the potential for new ones.

Being an ITT Member since his time at university has allowed him to benefit from invaluable industry connections and support. Most recently Morgan has been part of the TTG 30 under 30 cohort for 2023/24.
