Tia, a Strategic Account Manager at Experience Connector, began her journey at Attraction World Group as an intern in 2021 while pursuing her MSc in International Hospitality Management. Recognized for her potential and passion, she transitioned to a part-time Product Executive role, later becoming full-time after graduating with distinction. Leveraging her linguistic skills in French and German, Tia excelled in managing key European suppliers, eventually earning promotion to Product Manager-Europe and later to EMEA Experiences Manager, overseeing global experiences and new supply onboarding. Her career trajectory continued upward, culminating in her current role as under the B2B2C branch of AWG, Experience Connector where she is now responsible for liaising with top clients across the industry.

Although only a few years in the industry, Tia's achievements so far include speaking at the ITT Future You panel in Doha in 2023 and being named in the TTG 30 under 30 cohort for 2023/4. Committed to fostering talent and diversity in the industry, she launched The Development Hub, an initiative focusing on talent intake and internal development within AWG, and she also serves on the ITT Education and Training Committee. Tia will form part of the moderating duo for this year's ITT Future You panel in Halkidiki.
