Travel to Qatar

You are welcome to make your own flight arrangements for the Conference, however Qatar Airways is offering delegates up to 90% discount off economy fares and up to 40% off business class.

Details of how to book flights at the discounted rate will be provided to delegates within their Conference registration confirmation.

Discounted airfares are available on direct Qatar Airways flights to Doha from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh & Dublin.
The discount code is only applicable on flights between 23 May and 17 June 2023, with the return flight made by the 17 June at the latest.

If you have registered a companion for the Conference, and they are travelling at the same time as you, the code will be valid for their flight too. If they are travelling separately, please contact us for a second code.

Entry to the State of Qatar

ITT recommends that delegates take out adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange this and to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
