Who will attend the event?
InteleTravel Advisors and Preferred Partners.
Do I need to register for the event?
Yes, all attendees must register to attend conference. The registration fee is non-refundable.
What types of payments are accepted?
Debit and credit card payments are accepted on the registration form.
I am an InteleTravel Advisor, is there a fee to attend ITQ?
Yes, and the price increases, so we advise you to register as soon as possible:

Early bird registration fee – pay in full to save
UK £269 | ROI €316.08 – available until March 31st

Regular registration fee – pay in full or in two 50% instalments
UK £309 |ROI €363.08 – available until June 30th

Late registration fee – pay in full or in two 50% instalments
UK £379 | ROI €445.33 – tickets purchased from August 1st will require payment in full.
All payments must be received by August 31st.
All registration and administrative fees are non-refundable. Registration fees are subject to VAT and a Merchant Processing fee.
I am not an InteleTravel Advisor am I still able to attend ITQ?
No, unless you are a preferred Partner. Please contact gnolan@inteletravel.com for details.
Am I able to attend the event with my spouse/family member?
This is a business event; therefore, it is not possible for a spouse/family member to attend the conference training sessions or networking evening events. They can travel with you and enjoy the destination but they will not be able to attend any of the conference activities.

What is the cancellation policy?
All registration and administrative fees are non-refundable.
What is the dress code at the events?
Daytime: smart / casual
Evening: to be confirmed
What are the booking terms and conditions?
- All registration and administrative fees are non-refundable.
- Registration fees are subject to VAT and a Merchant Processing fee.
- Flights and accommodation are NOT included in the registration fee.
- Payment options
- Early bird – pay in full to save. This payment option is available until March 31st.
- Regular – available until June 30th - you are permitted to process two 50% installment payments. The final payment must be received by August 31st.
- Late – you are permitted to process two 50% installment payments. The final payment must be received by August 31st. Tickets purchased from August 1st will require payment in full.
- In the event of cancellation or non-attendance at ITQ, any outstanding debts relating to your booking for ITQ will remain payable to InteleTravel and will be payable by August 31st.
- At this time and due to expected high demand, ITQ is restricted to agents and supplier partners only.
- InteleTravel recommends that attendees take out adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange this and to ensure that the cover is suitable and adequate for your particular needs.
- InteleTravel reserves the right to change the advertised programme.
