Nicola cesaro

As Operations Director, Nicola Cesaro oversees a range of operational matters related to MSC Cruises’ guest operations. These include, among others, immigration issues, ground services, managing the Company’s stringent Health & Safety protocols, and other matters related to the COVID-19 pandemic across MSC Cruises’ fleet. He leads a team of 30 staff, including operations teams in Venice, Civitavecchia, and Genoa.

In this position, he also acts as Deputy Crisis Manager and leads on crisis response for any guests-related matter that may arise in a crisis situation.

Mr Cesaro joined MSC Cruises in 2004 as Shorex and Ground Services Manager. Prior to assuming his current position, he also worked as Tour Operating Manager.

Prior to joining MSC Cruises, Mr Cesaro worked within the aviation industry as Station Manager as well as Civilian contractor for the US Navy.
