Grant leads the Inchcape dedicated sector focus on cruise business development around the world, leveraging the company’s global reach spanning 800+ ports, served by Inchcape's own offices together with well established business partners.

Grant’s Cruise Industry background started at First Choice Cruises (Director of Operations) in 1999, and later migrated to a Senior Management role at Festival Cruises. He progressed to consulting 12 Cruise Lines in all areas of the business. Grant's Hotel Operations, Shore Excursions, Port Agency and Human Resources experience, along with a 360-degree sector vision, drives Inchcape’s ambitious worldwide growth strategy to develop its cruise business with a portfolio of diversified services from Port Agency, Charters and Crew Logistics to Itinerary Management and Cruise Consultancy for multiple destinations, as well as Shore Excursions and Ground Handling activities.
