I was born and raised in Palma de Mallorca, my parents were working in the travel industry, particularly in the hotel trade, so I grow up in a hotel learning the tourists has been the main and I would said the only way of leaving of the Balearic Islands.

Of course growing surrounding by tourists, I knew immediately I wanted to study tourism in Palma university But I have been always an active person, so I got the opportunity to work as a cabin attendant and instructor in an air carrier, where I discover my passion for traveling, where great years flying and discovering the world, the golden times of the aviation Then I decide to stop flying and start to work in the travel industry in the mice area, and groups organisation.

One day I meet one of my mentors which offer me a job to guide tours in his travel agency providing services to cruise companies, and this was my destiny Working with cruise passengers was a great opportunity which made me to discover the amazing cruise world.

I made my first cruise and I knew this is going to be the only place where I want to spend my vacations. There is not vacations for me if a cruise is not involved on it After over 20 years working with cruises and its passengers, it realised that this guests are quality guests, mainly families and couples, focus in Art, culture, gastronomy and they are the best tourist a guide can deserve.

So when we star to see how people were attacking the cruise industry we decided to do something to try to explain the reality of cruises and its passengers and this was the time when we started to develop our platform to defence cruises and try to make the people to understand that for cruise companies the most important thing are not only its passengers and crews, also its port of call.
