Sarah Gale is Director of Insight, Data & Outcomes at Global, one of the world’s leading Media & Entertainment groups and home to market leading brands including Capital, Heart, Classic FM, LBC, Smooth, Radio X and Capital XTRA. With an extensive and diverse portfolio, Global is also the leading Outdoor company in the UK and one of the largest in Europe – reaching 95% of the UK including on TfL.

Sarah leads the Insight, Data & Outcomes team, helping partners unlock the power of Global’s audiences and platforms. She drives effectiveness by translating data and research into actionable outcomes, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable value. Her work spans award-winning studies on media consumption, cultural trends and advertising impact, guiding brands on how to connect meaningfully with consumers across radio, outdoor, digital and live experiences.

As part of Global’s Partnership leadership team, Sarah has played a pivotal role in developing new insight-led propositions that bring rigour and creativity together. By combining cultural intelligence with commercial innovation, she ensures partners not only reach audiences at scale but build lasting connections through purposeful campaigns.

Sarah has been with Global since 2019 from a media agency background, giving her deep knowledge of both the media landscape and how to connect the dots internally to deliver the best results for brands. .
