Sam has over 15 years' experience working in both consulting and industry, where he has focused on retail and consumer goods.
He works with management teams, private equity and lenders to unlock value and to make rigorous investment decisions. He has extensive experience with a range of business models across the value chain, from multi-channel retailers (specialists, department stores, grocers) to digital-first models (D2C, aggregators, marketplaces).
Sam regularly authors thought leadership, contributes to leading publications, and speaks at industry events. He is well recognised for his perspectives on how changes in consumer behaviour are fundamentally reshaping retail, consumer and leisure industries – and the wider world around us
