Nicki Tempest-Mitchell

Nicki Tempest-Mitchell is a travel industry expert with over 30 years-experience. Her career started on the sales floor at TUI and she quickly progressed over the years, holding senior positions with Royal Caribbean and Thomas Cook before joining Barrhead Travel in 2019 where she initially led the group’s expansion project before being appointed to Sales & Marketing Director.

Now, after taking up position of Managing Director in January 2025, Nicki is leading the group as it continues to peruse sustainable growth and retail expansion. Her leadership is characterised by a genuine passion for people – particularly young women, as she lends her time to offer ongoing mentorship and guidance.
