Lisa McAuley

From 1 October, Lisa takes up the role of Managing Director at World Travel Holdings UK, where she will oversee the brands Cruise 118, Six Star Cruises, and Rivervoyages.com. She previously held the position of Group Strategy Director at Hays Travel, having initially joined the organisation in January 2021 as a Non-Executive Director. She was responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading the product, marketing, tour operations, events, and communications functions.

With a career spanning 38 years in the travel industry—including retail, cruise, touring, and ski—Lisa brings a wealth of experience. Prior to her time at Hays Travel, she spent four years with dnata as Managing Director of B2B Tour Operations, overseeing the respected and much-loved brands Gold Medal, Pure Luxury, Cruise Plus, and Incredible Journeys.

Before then, Lisa served as Managing Director UK and Ireland at the ultra-luxury cruise line Silversea Cruises, having seen the launch of their ninth ship to the fleet Silver Muse and she also sat on the CLIA executive board.
