Kelly Jackson

Kelly Jackson is Managing Director for The Travel Corporation (TTC) across the EMEA region, bringing over 25 years’ experience in building brands and inspiring travellers. She began her career as a travel agent before progressing through a variety of industry roles, joining TTC in 2008 as General Manager of Contiki, where she delivered record-breaking sales and strengthened the brand’s market presence. Promoted to Head of Sales in 2018, she successfully drove multi-brand growth across seven touring and river cruise brands. Appointed MD in 2020, Kelly has navigated the business through the pandemic, expanded operations, and championed innovation. A board member of the Association of Touring and Adventure, she is known for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and passion for ensuring guided travel remains a sustainable, in-demand choice for future generations.
