Jo Rzymowska MBE

Jo Rzymowska MBE is an inspirational speaker, dynamic moderator, and seasoned leader with a standout international career in the travel, leisure, and hospitality industry. Known for her energy, authenticity, and no-nonsense style, Jo brings clarity, courage, and connection to every stage she steps on, all with touch of hureat humour.

A go-to speaker and moderator for the industry’s most influential events, Jo has brought her voice to The ABTA Travel Convention, WTM, TTG Fairer Travel Event, the International Women in Travel & Tourism Forum (IWTTF), Inclusive Travel Forum, and the Independent Marketing Association Forum, amongst many others.

After a high-impact corporate journey in leadership roles with brands including Thomas Cook, Disney Destinations, and Royal Caribbean Group (where she latterly served as Celebrity Cruises, VP & MD EMEA), Jo launched Jovolution Ltd in 2023 – inspiring change through leadership strategy, coaching, and keynote speaking to businesses and individuals navigating transformation.She also serves as Non-Executive Director at Hays Travel, sits on the development committee of the WOW (Women of the World) Foundation and actively invests in innovative travel startups.

A recognised force for advancing diversity and inclusion, Jo was awarded an MBE by His Majesty King Charles III in the 2025 King’s Birthday Honours for her outstanding contribution to the travel industry. Jo has also been honoured as TTG’s LGBT+ Trailblazer of the Year and named on the 2024 Attitude 101 List of influential LGBTQ+ voices.
