Alex Delamere-White

Alex Delamere-White is an accomplished FTSE 100 executive in the travel and leisure sector and is Chief Commercial Officer at HX (known as HX Expeditions), where he took the role on in 2022.

With extensive experience in the cruise industry, Alex led multi-site sales and marketing teams, managed e-commerce operations, and directed loyalty programs for Carnival UK, overseeing its P&O Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises brands for over a decade. As Chief Commercial Officer at McCarthy Stone, he strategically repositioned the brand, introduced innovative sales approaches and enhanced the overall customer journey, resulting in substantial year-on-year profit growth.

Outside of work, Alex is a qualified international ski instructor and race coach. He resides in Bath, United Kingdom, with his wife, three children, and beloved golden retriever, Otis.
