Zina Bencheikh

Zina Bencheikh is Managing Director EMEA of Intrepid Travel. Based in Morocco, Zina is responsible for achieving Intrepid’s dual goals of growth and balancing purpose and profit in key markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Zina is driven by her desire to make the world a more inclusive and equal place. Through tourism, she’s created economic opportunities for women and marginalised communities in destinations where Intrepid operates.

She is a seasoned speaker, chair of the Association of Touring and Adventure Suppliers, and a patron and advisor to not-for-profits Education for All and Women in Travel. Zina is a regular contributor to international media and has been featured by the BBC, CNN, The CEO Magazine and Forbes, amongst others.
