Rick Jones leads PwC’s Travel and Leisure Corporate Finance team in the UK, having previously been at Rothschild and Calculus Capital.

During his career Rick has advised operator, agency and digital businesses on the complete range of transaction types – including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, listings and refinancings. Beyond the direct deal work, Rick also works together with El Scott to help owners, management teams and investors on strategic options, including understanding the transaction environment and the implications for value creation and realisation.
