Rick Jones is the UK Hospitality, Sports and Leisure Sector Leader and Corporate Finance Partner at PwC UK.

During his career Rick has advised operator, agency and digital businesses on the complete range of transaction types – including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, listings and refinancings.

Beyond the direct deal work, Rick also works together with El Scott to help owners, management teams and investors on strategic options, including understanding the transaction environment and the implications for value creation and realisation.
