Lucy Clifton has worked in and led many successful teams across Sales and Operations during her impressive 12-year career in the travel industry, before progressing to her current position as Managing Director for Flight Centre UK. In this role, Lucy is an active voice in the global leisure executive team, steering the future growth and strategy of Flight Centre’s leisure division worldwide. She is a driven, people-oriented leader, working closely with a network of customer-facing consultants and specialist support teams across premium, round the world, group, and business travel. 

Prior to working in the industry, Lucy gained invaluable commercial experience in the media industry working at the BBC, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail and IPC Media. As a dedicated leader of people, Lucy is particularly passionate about enhancing customer experience, and evolving an approach to recruitment strategies and people development that attracts, grows, and retains the best talent.
