With over two decades of dedicated experience in the travel industry, Kelly Jackson's journey commenced as a travel agent in 1995. Over the years, she ascended through various roles in multiple travel companies, ultimately achieving the position of General Manager of Contiki at The Travel Corporation in March 2008.

Kelly has accrued extensive expertise encompassing diverse facets of the travel industry, including customer service, sales, marketing, and contracting. Her unwavering commitment and relentless work ethic have propelled her to her current role as the Managing Director of TTC Tour Brands EMEA.

Assuming the role of Managing Director South Africa during the challenging Covid pandemic, Kelly began with a team of just 15 members. She has since orchestrated an impressive transformation, expanding the team's scope to service multiple regions. Notably, in August 2022, she took on the additional responsibility of Managing Director for EMEA. In her capacity as Managing Director, Kelly adeptly oversees all aspects of the business, from formulating and executing sales and marketing strategies to including overseeing finances and establishing an in-house BPO. Kelly spends her time split between South Africa and London.
