Jo Rzymowska

Jo Rzymowska is a celebrated travel expert and business leader, with a remarkable international career across the travel, leisure, and hospitality industry. Known for being a straight talking and dynamic leader, driving collaboration and inspiring change. She is an exceptional speaker, having hosted and delivered several keynote speeches at global conferences.

In 2023, Jo transitioned from a 40-year corporate career to set up Jovolution Ltd, dedicated to helping businesses and individuals navigate their way to success through razor sharp strategy, expert coaching and mentoring and motivational speaking.

Jo also serves as Non-Executive Director for Hays Travel, the largest independent travel agency in the UK, as well as investing her expertise and financial backing into travel businesses and startups.

Across her career, Jo has led international businesses to success through high profile roles across the sector including Thomas Cook, Disney Destinations and latterly, heading up Celebrity Cruises in EMEA as Vice President and Managing Director (part of the Royal Caribbean Group).

With a passionate commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Jo is regularly recognised across the sector, and was recently named in the 2024 Attitude 101 List of the most influential LGBTQ trailblazers of the moment.
