The UK travel industry's flagship event: where conversations, connections and ideas happen



Headline partner

As one of six headline partners, your logo will appear on all of the Convention materials. You will have the opportunity to contribute towards the business programme (if deemed appropriate by ABTA) and your video promotion will run during the main stage sessions. In addition, you will be allocated a display/meeting area in the conference foyer and receive a number of complimentary registrations to attend the event.

Exclusivity

Headline partners will have exclusivity in their specific area of business among the Headline partners. In addition, no direct competitors will be permitted to book a Convention sponsorship (see mauve section on main page). Additional levels of exclusivity would be subject to negotiation/additional fee.


Package details

  • Networking – a senior representative from your organisation will be invited to attend the Industry Leaders Lunch – a small and exclusive function hosted by ABTA’s Board and the event sponsor. (The event takes place on Monday 7 October).
  • Hospitality – a reserved table (or similar, subject to event format) at the Host Party for your team to host business colleagues.
  • Convention materials branding – your logo on all Convention materials including: the programme; website, app and e-news (sent to c.20,000 contacts).
  • Convention centre branding – a branded meeting area within the convention centre, plus your logo on the directional signage.
  • Main stage – your logo will feature on the main stage set; your support will be acknowledged by the Convention moderator (event start) and ABTA Chairman (event close), and your 90-second commercial will be shown on the main screen - on the first or second day - during the business sessions.
  • Editorial – editorial features in the Convention programme and an edition of e-news.
  • Advertising – your package includes advertising space in the Convention programme; banner ad space on the Convention website; an advertisement on the Convention app and in an edition of e-news.
  • Announcement – Convention e-news will announce your support. This will coincide with Twitter announcements by ABTA and The Travel Convention.
  • Website / Convention App – pages on the Convention website and Convention app with the opportunity to add your company logo, profile and a link to your website.
  • Attending the Convention – three complimentary delegate registrations for the Convention (accommodation and flights are not included).
  • Delegate list – the delegate list will be made available from August 2024 (includes opt-in contact details only).
