Convention Supper Club
An opportunity to host the Supper Club during the Convention, which gives delegates the opportunity to get together over an informal supper. Delegates purchase their own tickets to attend the event, which typically attracts around 75 attendees.
Package details
- Reception branding – your logo on the entrance signage.
- Gifts/materials – opportunity to distribute materials or gifts at the supper (cost of production and delivery to be covered by the sponsor).
- Tickets – six complimentary tickets for the supper for you and/or your guests.
- Promotional branding – your logo on digital promotions for the event, including the digital ticket/joining instructions.
- Other branding – your logo on the Convention website, within an edition of Convention e-news and in the Convention programme.
- Editorial – a sponsor page on the Convention website where you can upload your company logo, profile, social media links and URL.
- Guest list – list of attendees (subject to attendees’ privacy settings) after the event.
- Optional (at your own cost) – the opportunity to organise entertainment – subject to venue approval.
