The Convention will take place at Navarino Dunes which is home to two multi-awarded five-star hotels: The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino. The resort has its own Convention Centre – the House of Events – where the business sessions will be held.
The resort has over 20 restaurants and bars and a 4,000 m² spa and thalassotherapy centre (Anazoe Spa). It also offers an extensive array of leisure and sports activities, including golf at four world-class signature courses and 12 courts at Europe’s first Mouratoglou Tennis Centre.
Within the area of Costa Navarino also lies the vibrant hub of Navarino Agora, a new curated marketplace. Open to both guests and the public, this dynamic space combines shopping, dining and a programme of entertainment and performances. It offers a multicultural atmosphere blending tradition with modernity.

The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino
The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino is located on a hillside and in an enchanting seaside location. It features 445 rooms and suites; family suites and connecting room options; 131 infinity pools as well as natural stone and local design elements.
Accommodation at this five-star resort includes spacious terraces or balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea and most ground-floor units have a private infinity pool.
Several restaurants serve ethnic, international and local dishes and there are two poolside bars, a grill, an American diner, swim-up and chill-out bars, a library, a rustic lounge and extensive outdoor seating areas.

Terms and conditions
ABTA acts as agent for the Navarino Dunes Resort when taking your booking for Travel Convention accommodation. The general accommodation terms and conditions of the Navarino Dunes Resort apply but please note that, should you need to change your accommodation booking, there are separate cancellation and amendment conditions for Travel Convention delegates.
Making changes to your booking
If you wish to amend your accommodation booking, please email your request to moreinfo@thetravelconvention.com. If we can make the change, you will need to pay the administration fee shown below plus any charges from the accommodation provider applicable at the time.

Cancelling your booking
Accommodation booking cancellations received on or prior to 19 August 2024 will be subject a 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or after 20 August 2024 will be non-refundable.
