It has however also unwittingly exacerbated the problem with Bias effectively becoming hard coded into our systems.
It can be easy to recognise in many cases, as we have seen recently, but what do you do about it when it is invisible, systemic and no one knows or realises it is there? How do you go about seeking it out, identifying the underlying cause and fixing it, especially if you are not even aware you are doing it? This webinar will introduce attendees to the topic of Bias, explain how it can permeate our everyday lives and decision making, how to identify and fix it.

NETWORK ITT GOES VIRTUAL!
It's been four months since we last met ‘in real life’ and whilst it is still too early for Network ITT to return, we are excited to share its first virtual outing with you following the Webinar.
ITT Members will be randomly placed in groups of up to four attendees. Each group will change every four minutes so you’ll get the chance to catch up with different people, many of whom you may not have seen for a while or perhaps never had the opportunity to meet.
