The Event

The ITT Conference stands as the premier event in the travel sector, attracting senior decision-makers from the Travel and Tourism Industry. Set against the backdrop of the stunning Higueron Hotel in beautiful Malaga, Spain, the 2026 Conference, taking place from 8-10 June – promises a perfect blend of insightful sessions, social events, and valuable networking opportunities.

Conference Format

The two mornings of Conference sessions will be complemented by evening festivities, including a lively party and late-night bar across all three nights. Delegates will also enjoy ample leisure time during the afternoons to connect and explore the breathtaking local surroundings. Details about the speakers and session topics will be announced in regular e-flyers.

Who Can Attend?

The ITT Conference is designed for ITT Members and leading personalities from the UK's Travel and Tourism Industry. Delegate numbers are limited to create a conducive business and social environment. 

Attendees include: 

  • Anyone involved in travel and tourism – from tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, hoteliers, cruise lines, to tourist offices, among many more.
  • Specialists working within the travel and tourism sector – from employees in finance, PR and marketing, to tourism education and training. 
Getting to Conference

Delegates should make their own travel arrangements. The hotel is close to Malaga International Airport (15 min drive). It is also reachable by train, the Carvajal train station is only 300 meters from Resort South Entrance.

Accommodation

Delegates will stay at the luxurious Higuerón Hotel Malaga, where room rates start from €240 per night, including bed and breakfast and local taxes. This exclusive rate for ITT Delegates is available for three days before and after the Conference, giving attendees the perfect opportunity to extend their stay and experience the beauty, culture, and cuisine of southern Spain.

  • We accept Debit Card, Visa and Mastercard payments. If you have a payment query, please call 0844 4995 652. 
  • Please enter your invoice address.
  • Enter your company name as you wish it to appear on your name badge - no more than 30 characters.
  • Please complete in 'Title Case', i.e. Mr Fred Bloggs. (Not in CAPITALS, unless your company name is initials, such as ITT).
  • Please only provide the delegate email details, where requested.  An additional email address may also be provided, if required.
  • If you are registering on behalf of someone else, completing the form and submitting the information confirms that the attendee has permitted you to share their details.

Carbon Impact Fee

The ITT Sustainability Committee continues to partner with the industry to develop better strategies and plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and develop travel and tourism experiences which aim to protect destinations, the natural environment and enhance local communities’ livelihoods. All delegates and companions will be required to pay a Carbon Impact Fee to offset their attendance at the Conference.

Attendee App Visibility

The Conference App will offer you the opportunity to message other App users, post pictures & comments throughout the event, view the latest event programme and, after the event, you’ll be able to view the Conference session presentations. If you choose to opt in, your personal details will be shared with other delegates including your photo, name, position and organisation. You will be able to send/receive messages from other delegates and post to the Event Wall. If you choose to opt out, you are still able to use the Conference App, however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, you will not be able to contribute to the Event Wall and you will not be able to send/receive messages from other delegates.
