The Event

The ITT Conference is the premier event in the travel sector and is attended by senior decision makers in the Travel and Tourism industry. Set in Halkidiki, Greece, the 2024 Conference will seamlessly integrate conference sessions, social events, and networking chances. Surrounding the two mornings of conferences are evening festivities, including a party and late-night bar, across all three nights. Ample leisure time during afternoons allows delegates to connect and discover the stunning local area.

Who Can Attend?

Delegate numbers are limited to create a conducive business and social environment.

Attendees include:

  • Anyone involved in travel and tourism – from tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, hoteliers, cruise lines to tourist offices, among many more. 
  • Specialists working within the travel and tourism sector – from employees in finance, PR and marketing, to tourism education and training.

  • Enter your company name as you wish it to appear on your name badge - no more than 30 characters.
  • Please enter your postal address.
  • Please only provide the delegate email details, where requested.  An additional email address may also be provided, if required.
  • Please complete in 'Title Case', i.e. Mr Fred Bloggs. (Not in CAPITALS, unless your company name is initials, such as ITT).

Conference App

  • The Conference App will offer you the opportunity to message other App users, post pictures & comments throughout the event, view the latest event programme and, after the event, you’ll be able to view the Conference session presentations.
  • If you choose to opt in, your personal details will be shared with other delegates including your photo, name, position and organisation. You will be able to send/receive messages from other delegates and post to the Event Wall.
  • If you choose to opt out, you are still able to use the Conference App, however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, you will not be able to contribute to the Event Wall and you will not be able to send/receive messages from other delegates.

Accommodation

Delegates will stay at the 5* Hotel Meliton, Porto Carras Grand Resort. You will be required to pay a fixed deposit of £300.00 to secure your accommodation. This deposit will be collected in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and passed to the Hotel. The remaining balance will be payable in Euros directly to the hotel upon check-out, along with a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €10 per room per day for your total stay. NB: This fee has been introduced by the Greek authorities in 2024 and replaces the previous Accommodation Tax.

Airport Transfers

Complimentary shuttle transfers will operate for arrivals from 1-3 June and for departures on 6-7 June 2024. If your flight is on these days but isn't listed, please contact us.


If you are arriving/departing outside of these dates you will need to make your own arrangements. Contact details of a local transfer provider, can be requested via events@itt.co.uk

The ITT Sustainability Committee continues to partner with the industry to develop better strategies and plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and develop travel and tourism experiences which aim to protect destinations, the natural environment and enhance local communities’ livelihoods. All delegates will be required to pay a fee of £25 to offset their attendance at the Conference.

Porto Carras Grand Resort invites you to enjoy a complimentary round of golf on Monday 3 June. There are limited sets of clubs to hire for 35EUR and golf buggies for 40EUR on a first come, first serve basis.
